We are intentionally small firm by choice. We often cannot take on representation in new matters due to the needs of our existing clients. Generally, we do not offer new matter consultations without it being scheduled. If you would like to seek a consultation, please fill out the form on this page and we will be in touch if we think we might be able to help you.

No amount of contact with us, even including sending electronic documents ,will make us your lawyer for the purpose of acting for you. The only way we are obligated to be you attorney, and for you to become our client, is to sign a written agreement setting forth the terms of representation.

You don’t have to face this alone.

Please note: Submitting a contact form, email, or other inquiry does not create an attorney-client relationship. Please do not include confidential or sensitive information until an attorney-client relationship has been established.
